Child with Dragon Hat Papercut (WDP06)

kidface1.jpg (70292 bytes)

Add a touch of the East to your home decor with the Child with Dragon Hat Papercut.

Our handcrafted Chinese folk papercuts are produced individually by age-old craftsman using traditions handed down over generations.

Handcrafted by an artisan in China's Northwest, this intriguing, colorful piece features a Chinese baby dressed up in a fancy dragon hat and tiger outfit with decorative tassels.  Chinese people believe that fierce beasts, like tiger, can scare devils away and protect their children . Children's wear with tigers is very popular in China, especially in rural areas.

This beautiful piece can be easily framed for a truly elegant display or can be used for your scrapbook pages, greeting cards or anything you can think of.

Handcrafted on rice paper.  Dimensions: 4" x 5".

Our Price: US$4.95
